Why can't my pool vacuum climb the wall?

a. Remove fine-filter for smart/wall mode; use it only for floor

b. For smooth surfaces (e.g., tiles, PVC, fiberglass), use included buoyancy foam

c. Smart mode: >50% battery (green)=climbs walls; <50% (blue)=floor only

d. Clean basket if clogged

Why does the battery life less than 200 mins?

a. Enable ECO mode in the APP for 200 mins runtime (lab-tested on flat pool bottoms)

b. In Smart/Wall/Floor mode: 150 mins; if pool is dirty or has steep slopes: 120–150 mins

Why is the cleaning performance not meeting my expectations?

a. Check the indicator light and ensure it's normal

b. If the basket or fine-filter is clogged, empty and rinse with a water gun

c. For large debris (leaves, stones), use only basket first. After pool is clean, use the fine-filter to clean fine dust
